So, I'm very excited because that nasty little umbilical cord has finally fallen off. It happened yesterday evening, which was almost exactly 2 weeks, which I guess is typical. He's much cuter with a belly button than what looked like snake skin sticking out of him....here's a picture of him with his little "trophy".
We also had my parents visiting for the last few days. That's always a lot of fun, and my brother's wife Kerry also came up. Here's the family photo. Of course the dog wanted in on the action as well.
